KIERAN DOUGLASS

Head Coach/Founder

Founder and head coach of KD FIT, Kieran has been in the fitness industry for over a decade helping people achieve their fitness goals from swim teaching to personal / group training. His aim is to show both the physical and mental benefits of exercise. A level 3 Personal Trainer, Bootcamp and Group class instructor with awards in Mental Health for Sport and Physical Activity.

 

Really good fun classes where you can work as hard as you want to work. Kieran is so encouraging and knows how to make everyone work to their ability. All members are very friendly and good fun, everyone looks out for each other. I have never been so physically or mentally fit but it never feels like hard work because its fun and there is so much variety. Could not recommend KD FIT enough! Really is the best team to be part of.

KD FIT provides a mixture of cardio-strength and mobility focused classes and boasts the concept of everyone working together to support one another and complete each session proving that it is a real team effort. Kieran is a true professional in his approach to physical fitness, mental health and well-being. He has the right balance of patience and understanding and really approaches his training in an intelligent and genuinely informed way. He is focussed and pushed you with positive reinforcement and aspirational goal-setting because he really cares about your progress.Kieran really knows his stuff but it is inspiring that he continually pushes himself to learn more with the aim of improving the classes for everyone.

The classes are mixed and not intimidating in any way - yes you get fitter, yes you have fun and yes you want to push yourself that little bit harder. After every class you know you've had a full workout, you feel great and you're looking forward to the next one. I would recommend KD FIT to anyone thinking of getting fitter, healthier and more importantly having fun with a great group of people who are really friendly and supportive.

Can't recommend Kieran's classes highly enough! With a huge range of classes throughout the week, there is absolutely something for everyone. He is a true professional who cates deeply about the physical and mental health of all his members. Everyone is pushed and encouraged to the best of their abilities, whatever level you're working at. More than anything you will never meet a more welcoming, encouraging and friendly group of people to work out with. An amazing community that I am so grateful to be part of.

I signed up for PT sessions with Kieran whilst training for my first ultra marathon. No session was the same in the 4months I trained with Kieran. This made me look forward to each session. Kieran is highly motivational and focused towards helping you achieve your goals. Upon finishing my PT with Kieran I have no signed up and a regular at his group sessions.
